Family Funds Investors Summit

Plume’s CEO, Chris Yin, took center stage at the Family Offices & Investors Summit (FOIS) held in conjunction with the World Economic Forum in Dubai.

The summit was a convergence of thought leaders and investors discussing pivotal topics that shape the future of investment and economic development.

Chris Yin contributed his insights on emerging trends including New Business Models, the burgeoning Gen Z economy, Artificial Intelligence, and the transformative potential of the Internet of Money.

The discussion also projected the evolution of family offices by the year 2030, predicting significant shifts in investment strategies and priorities.

Keynote speakers and distinguished guests, such as the Chairman of Ras Al-Khaimah Department of Economic Development, along with leading entities like 1inch, Portal Asset Management, and Wallet Connect, enriched the dialogues with their diverse perspectives and expertise.

Plume co-hosted the “Assets on the Rocks” gathering, a notable event despite the adverse weather conditions brought on by the Dubai floods.

The event, which was a collaboration with Aya Wallet and Maple Finance, drew a robust attendance from thought leaders across the Real World Asset (RWA) ecosystem, infrastructure partners, and the broader Plume network, including ecosystem partners and investors.

The discussions were deeply focused on enhancing the adoption of RWAs, with special emphasis on engaging with new and ongoing projects within this domain. The Plume team leveraged this opportunity to record a special edition podcast with the Aya Wallet team, which added a multimedia dimension to the event’s offerings.

The Polytrade RWA Unwind, sponsored by Plume, was a key event dedicated to bringing real-world assets into mainstream discussion and utilization. The event showcased over 50 RWA projects and featured prominent participants including Plume, Polygon, Mastercard, Citi, and LayerZero.
